Description :
Professional invoicing and billing software that makes it extremely easy to produce invoice, quotes, delivery notes, credit notes and purchase orders. Within a minute or two of downloading and installing, the company setup wizard will guide you through entering your business details, adding a company logo and drop you into raising your first invoice.
SliQTools invoice software comes with a selection of professional invoice templates. Since no two customer?s needs are the same, our software also includes an easy to use invoice template editor that lets you modify the existing invoice templates, e.g. adding your own labels, custom fields or logos or even create a new template from scratch. A great deal of flexibility is built into the template designer, allowing you to change fonts and colours and layout as you wish.
As well as allowing you to print invoices, our software includes the ability to create standard PDF documents and email these directly to customers. A number of invoice emailing options are included as well as a bulk emailing facility. Coupled with SliQTool?s automated, recurring invoice feature, monthly billing to regular customers can involve as little as opening up the package, letting SliQ automatically raise the due invoices then clicking one button to email all the new invoices to your respective clients.
As well as producing a range of professional documents, you can attach external documents to your invoices, e.g. customer agreements or contracts as well as to configure whether the documents are to be emailed to customers along with the invoices.
Letting you track payments made against invoices, record delivery of purchase orders and produce customer statements with ageing reports, SliQ includes a range of reports allowing you to see at a glance who owes you money, which quotes are yet to be accepted or which goods are yet to be delivered.
