This MPG Savings calculator will show you how much money you can save by getting better gas mileage on your vehicle. It calculates the miles per gallon you are now getting and how much money you're paying each year to drive while getting that particular MPG. It will also show you how much money you would be paying per year at different various miles per gallon fuel efficiencies. You can easily see how much savings you would realize each year if you were getting any of these miles per gallon calculations. To use the calculator, you simply enter the amount of miles on your odometer when you fill up your tank and then the amount of miles on your odometer when you fill up the tank a second time. Then you write down how many gallons it took to fill up the tank this time. Enter these numbers into the MPG savings calculator and also enter an estimate of how many miles you drive each year. In a split second, the calculator will calculate all you need to know about how much you are paying per year for gasoline and how much you would be paying at different MPG's.
