Both the novice and expert users can navigate through the New Graphical-User-Interface with ease as it offers single-screen-access to both, the Virus-Monitor and On Demand Scanner. eScan version 10 scans, detects, monitors & warns about changes in the registry. It also warns the user about the applications, which are suspicious in nature. eScan scans all the incoming/outgoing emails, attachments & websites for confidential data. NILP, RBL and SURBL technologies are used to scan prohibited content, offensive and obscene language using specific keywords and phrases. No data-thefts, virus infections through USB based portable storage devices.The EMC empowers system administrators to deploy from a central console, security measures such as updates of virus signatures and spam definitions, licenses, alerts about virus outbreaks and security violations, and enforce an Integrated Security Policy across the network of an enterprise. Administrative tasks can also be performed via the web using a browser. Asset Management: The System Information tool through which Asset Management is done empowers the administrators to have complete information about the hardware and software deployed on the networks. Application Control: Block or permit applications on network or PC. Inbuilt Firewall: Advanced Firewall saves system from all network-based attacks. It also monitors & logs incoming/outgoing network activities in the system. Faster on demand scanning: Scans faster and is lighter on system resources. The new ?On Demand Scanner? feature is equipped with the Cache Technology. Scans files, applications, e-mails, attachments and websites including SMTP, POP3, HTTP and FTP traffic in Real-Time for Viruses, Worms, Trojan, Adware & all other kinds of information security threats. eScan Remote Support works with the help of remote desktop connection which enables eScan Support technicians to access computers with problems from a remote location and troubleshoot them directly.
