This new version also includes a wide variety of updates including support for the creation of barcodes in Microsoft SQL Server (Reporting Services). Both Report Definition Language (RDL) and Report Definition Language Client Side (RDLC) reports on SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 are supported. The .Net Dynamic Link Library (DLL) for creating barcodes has also been updated to support the .Net 4.0 Framework. The formulas for creating barcodes in Crystal Reports have also been further optimized and an updated barcode software imager that works on upcoming Windows 8 operating system is also included.
