Description :
WMV Merger is an easy-to-use tool to join many kinds of video files into a wmv file with transition effects. It can merge many video formats such as MPEG (MPG), VCD, AVI, WMV, ASF which have different frame rate, frame size and encoding parameters. The program can adjust video encoding bitrate and audio encoding bitrate, change video or sound quality and output wmv file size. It also supports to drag and drop files. WMV Merger supports multi-languages as possible as it can, and includes 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
