In addition, the spreadsheet computes the risk level for each item based on the severity of the risk and the probability of it occurring. To boot you get a distribution chart that graphically shows you the overall risk level of your project.
2) Risk Summary
This tool works hand in hand with the risk assessment analysis to reduce the number or items you need to track. You will want it to categorize and consolidate the previously discovered risks and to manage the risks for the duration of the project, including planning for pre-emptive and contingency actions.
