Well, rest assured, you?re not alone in your thoughts ? we?ve all been there!
I know from personal experience the joys and fears of pregnancy and birth?
When I had my first baby, I had no idea what to expect ? and I was shocked when I went into labour - I panicked, not realising my body was instinctively doing what was needed
At that time I didn?t have the specialist knowledge and qualifications I now have as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher
And now I?m pregnant with my second child I know it will be SO different this time around!
I took up yoga in 2002, and practiced at classes, retreats and meditation workshops.
After marrying and settling in Surrey I continued my studies and qualified with Brenda Brown, gaining a recognised yoga teachers? diploma with the Yoga Alliance.
A little while after my experiences during the birth of our first daughter, I knew I wanted to deepen my yoga studies and qualify as a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher
That?s why I?m so passionate now about passing on my knowledge!
I now hold local pregnancy yoga classes for around 40-45 women each week in Reigate, Surrey
These classes are so popular I?ve decided to reach out to a wider audience to help lots more women achieve fitness, strength and comfort throughout pregnancy and labour Here?s why?..
