Description :
The software has been created as universal program for security cross platforms working all together with wireless and wired IP cameras, Television-cards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the identical look and functionality on the local and distant workstations. Users see MPEG coded video and have full control of the program using net that security station can be operated with no screen, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular composition considerably improves reliability because all parts proceed as autonomous applications. If one part freezes, other components keep on working. For example if the `record` part fails, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching video using a `playback` part. The program makes `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never appears. The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by motion, human face recognition, or by calendar. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance server as well as on distant station using Web interface. The program performs simultaneous video playback for event examination from many cameras concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
